I had a look at the events in Kursk and I came to the following conclusion:
The invasion into Russia was not a Ukranian Military operation but a CIA / UN staged planned and supported event with involvement of UN troops dressed as Ukranians.
Lindsay Graham Victoria Nuland Richard Blumenthal are guilty of high treason against the USA as they work for the CIA which we must assume is now a fully rouge operation controlled by the same forces who control WEF IMF WHO.
Lindsay Graham is a direct CIA Operative that helped planning coordination and support for this attack that was also promised by Victoria Nuland.
