Tony Gosling on secret societies
Secret societies have existed for a long time and have played influential roles in global affairs, says historian Tony Gosling.
And their historical significance dates back a very long time.
Thousands of years, in fact.
Of course, everybody knows about the “mainstream” secret societies that are no longer secret societies, such as the Bilderberg Group (whose existence was officially denied for decades, as Daniel Estulin said on my podcast).
Freemasonry is another one of the popular kids that everybody knows about.
The Illuminati’s existence, says Tony, is a bit more tricky since everybody knows the name but nobody can be sure if the society is still around in any meaningful way. To be clear, the Illuminati was a real secret society founded in Bavaria in 1776. It was outlawed by the Bavarian government in 1785.
Secret societies have featured most (if not all) American presidents and British royals.
Some of the slightly lesser known societies might include the Knights Templar, the Bavarian Illuminati and the Skull And Bones.
I stumbled across Tony Gosling while reading Daniel Estulin’s brilliant book The Bilderberg Group in which he cited Tony’s research.
He joined me for a conversation and ventured down a few interesting paths including whether or not Adolf Hitler escaped to Argentina; atheism and god-complexes within secret societies; the West’s hatred for Russia; and why the European Union is a terrible idea.
