International Genocidal War Crime Called Gaza

Israel’s Gaza genocidal war crime is the worst genocidal crime in modern history.
It is worse than all British genocidal war crimes, worse than all French genocidal war crimes, worse than all German genocidal war crimes, and worse than all American genocidal war crimes committed against many native nations around the whole globe without any exception. While all these genocidal war crimes were committed incrementally through long years, Gaza genocidal war crime was focused, concentrated, and fast within only one month, and is still going on.
One prominent characteristic of the Israeli Gaza civilian genocidal war crime is that it is intentional, deliberate, indiscriminate, openly announced and bragged about. Israeli leaders know very well that they are committing war crimes and crimes against humanity, even by their own admission and bragging about it. They have announced their intention to force more than a million Palestinians from their homes by threatening to bomb their homes demanding that they evacuate northern Gaza, which means ethnic cleansing, a process Israel began in 1948. Israeli military leaders openly announce that they are depriving 2.2 million Palestinians of water, food, electricity, fuel, and medications, a crime against humanity. Others are calling for nuking Gaza, while Netanyahu cites Talmudic genocidal “prophets”, such as I Samuel, to murder all Amalekites, men, women, infants and even animals.
Israeli air force is dropping bombs of mass destruction such as Hellfire rockets, deep earth penetrating bombs, and all kinds of newly experimental bombs, besides the illegal banned phosphorous and cluster bombs. They targeted homes, apartment buildings, churches, mosques, schools, hospitals, and any place civilians may resort to for refuge in total disregard and violation of all international laws. Almost 12,000 civilians have been killed among them are 5,000 children, 3,000 women, 35,000 injured, and thousands of others are still missing under the rubble.
In the West Bank Israeli terrorist forces are attacking many cities, indiscriminately shooting dead anybody they encounter. They bulldoze main streets, firebomb shops and markets, dynamite civilian homes, threaten civilian families, and arrest young men and women. Lately they are raiding homes of high school and university students in the early hours of the dawn and arresting many female students.
Israeli air forces had lately concentrated its bombing on Gaza hospitals. All the hospitals and medical facilities are out of service due to lack of electricity, deliberate bombing, and killing of medical staff. The maternity department of Al-Shifa hospital is out of electricity causing all infant incubators to stop functioning leading to the death of at least 40 newborn infants. This reminds me of the Kuwaiti incubators lie during the Iraq war, when the daughter of the Kuwaiti ambassador told the lie that Iraqi soldiers dumbed babies out of incubators, a lie without any proof or pictures, that angered Americans and led them to fight Iraq. Gaza infant incubators are proven reality with pictures. At least 40 infants, still without names, will receive death certificates rather than birth certificates. Yet Western leaders closed their eyes, their ears, and their hearts (if they have any).
Despite all these Israeli atrocities, and despite all the mass demonstrations all over the world demanding a cease fire, the Western leaders did not have the heart nor the courage to call for cease fire. Despite all the pro-Palestinian demonstrations in Germany, German Chancellor, Olaf Scholz, announced that calls for cease fire or for a long truce are misplaced since such a break would allow Hamas to regroup and re-arm. Ignoring all the Palestinian casualties and destruction of their homes, he called the masses to support Israel as a safe haven for the Jews. He reiterated the worn-out statement that Israel has the right to defend itself, and that every country must protect its citizens. Apparently, he denied the Palestinians’ right to live in their own safe haven, their right to defend themselves, and their right to protect their citizens.
It is so hypocritical for the European leaders to parrot Israeli lies particularly about Hamas having a headquarter under Al-Shifa hospital, where they might have Israeli and “foreign” prisoners. Al-Shifa hospital was built in 1946 before the illegal establishment of terrorist Israel. It is the largest hospital in North Gaza Strip. Besides its hundreds of patients, it hosts around 9,000 Palestinian civilians, who took refuge in the hospital hoping that such an institute is protected by the international law. We have not witnessed any fire or any fighter coming out of the hospital, only patients, injured and killed casualties, and civilian refugees.
It was so pathetic when European Union Foreign Policy Chief, Josep Borrell, and French Prime Minister, Emmanuel Macron, stated that they condemn Hamas’ use of hospitals and civilians as human shields, advising Palestinian civilians to leave the fighting area. How stupid of Borrell and Macron to think that we are so naive to believe that Hamas are using their own family members as human shields. Such calls are ignoring the atrocities Israel is committing against civilians particularly those who were heading south as instructed by Israeli military claiming the south as safe. Their calls clearly give Israel the green light to continue bombing hospitals particularly Al-Shifa hospital. A total of 25 hospitals are out of service.
John Kirby, the spokesman for the American National Security Council, was questioned by reporters about the United States’ view of the Israeli attacks on hospitals in Gaza alleging that there may be Hamas’ tunnels underneath them, his “genius” answer was “When you fight in civilian areas, you have to make difficult decisions regarding your target.” As for a humanitarian cease fire he explained “We do not believe that a ceasefire now is the right solution. We believe that a ceasefire now will benefit Hamas.” He pointed out that the US welcomes a “temporary humanitarian truce” to evacuate civilians who want to escape the violence in Gaza, and to facilitate the delivery of humanitarian aid to the region instead of a ceasefire. This is a clear message for Israel to continue its destructive bombing targeting everything that stands in Gaza in an ethnic cleansing and mass expulsion of all Palestinians, and Israel keeps doing exactly that.
Lately, after 40 days of continuous bombing of Al-Shifa hospital, Israeli tanks drove through its major entrances. Israeli soldiers rampaged through every department of the hospital destroying everything looking for alleged Hamas headquarters. After finding nothing, as many of us expected, they videotaped some of their own guns claiming that they were Hamas guns, a pathetic unbelievable propaganda. The cynical fact, here, is that if you search any Israeli hospital or even any small clinic you will find more weapon than what they claimed they found in Al-Shifa hospitals. Virtually every Israeli citizen/colonizer is a soldier carrying a gun including hospital guards, paramedics, nurses, physicians, clerks, and even patients themselves.
Israeli soldiers stormed Al-Shifa hospital killing scores of civilians, dumped patients out in the streets, took many young men prisoners, stripped them almost completely naked, and tortured them and even urinated on some of them. They kidnapped away corpses of some young men killed by bombing probably to be used as alleged Hamas fighters being killed by the “courageous” Israeli soldiers, in a propaganda campaign to appease their own frustrated angry citizens, particularly after not finding any Hamas quarter or any Israeli prisoner in the hospital.
After the murder of some civilians in a vengeful angry cold blood and causing the death of many patients and particularly many newborn infants due to lack of functional incubators after cutting off all power sources, the Israeli army converted the hospital into a military headquarter with Palestinian civilian hostages as human shields. The Israeli soldiers raised the Israeli flag on the hospital, danced hysterically singing their Hatikvah national anthem celebrating a fake victory. They are celebrating themselves as being ranked the first, among all armies, in terms of killing infants, children, and women. The Israeli wars are not against other armies, but rather against hospitals, schools, civilians, and even animals.
It is so disgusting to observe an army celebrating a military victory against a civilian hospital while the Western politicians cheer this fake victory. Throughout the long human military history and wars, we have never witnessed an army, other than the terrorist Israeli army, attacking a hospital killing patients and infants with the blessings and encouragement of Western leaders particularly the American administration while European leaders follow suit.
Storming the hospital is a flagrant violation of international laws that Western institutions and leaders pay lip service to. Israeli violations of all international laws and humanitarian rights have exposed the hypocrisy and the ineffectual of all the international legal and humanitarian organizations that claim defense of human life and rights. All these institutions and the international communities are mere ineffective unfunctional formalities without any meaning. Its veto power clearly demonstrates its undemocratic characteristic.
The Biden administration, accompanied with British, French and German leaders, not only opposed any ceasefire, adopted Israeli criminal policies, directly encouraged Israeli atrocities and collective punishment, and provided cover for them in the United Nations and at the UN Security Council, but it went further than that by sending thousands of tons of highly explosive ammunition and military equipment, and providing financial support of more than $14 billion of tax money to finance Israeli war of annihilation. This Israeli war crimes are paid for by American and European tax money.
Gaza freedom struggle has clearly exposed the ugly face of the falsely self-claimed Western democracy. American and European governments DO NOT represent their people as we are clearly witnessing. Knowing very well that their governments are behind the Israeli butchery of Palestinians, millions of sympathetic people demonstrated demanding that their governments, particularly the Biden’s administration, to enforce a cease fire. Have these governments really represent and serve their people as they claim they do; they would have followed the peoples’ demands. These governments, including American administration are dictatorships disguised into allegedly democratic system where both political parties follow the same policies each in its own way. Just notice how the freedom of speech had disappeared when pro-Palestinian demonstrators are being arrested and jailed for just raising the Palestinian flag.
The American human rights organization “Center for Constitutional Rights” filed a lawsuit in federal court against the administration of US President Joe Biden, accusing him of complicity in the genocide of the residents of the Gaza Strip. The organization says in a statement published on November 13 on its website: “The Israeli government is committing genocide against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip with unconditional support from the United States.” The organization’s statement continued: “The United States is not fulfilling its legal obligations to prevent genocide, and President Biden and other senior officials are aiding and abetting the genocide of the Palestinian people by the Israeli government.” The Center for Constitutional Rights noted that “President Biden, Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin not only failed to use their influence to prevent genocide, but also repeatedly and publicly expressed their unconditional support for the actions of the Israeli government.” The statement confirmed that the organization filed a federal lawsuit on November 13 on behalf of Palestinian human rights organizations, Palestinians in Gaza, and the United States against Biden and senior officials in his administration.
The fact, that nobody can hide or deny, is that the United States of America is Israel’s active partner in the genocidal, ethnic cleansing, mass expulsion, and total destruction of Gaza civilization. Biden’s continuous emphasis that “We stand with Israel” is a clear confession of this fact. Besides Biden’s blind unconditional political support to Israel, shipping all kinds of devastating ammunition and military equipment, he had also sent 2000 American soldiers and military advisers to fight along side of Israeli soldiers to occupy Al-Shifa hospital. Reports from the hospital staff confirm the existence of American soldiers with American insignia on their chests and shoulders. Not to mention the downing of an American helicopter near the Gaza coast while transporting American special forces.
In violation to all international laws and to the right of Gaza Palestinians for self-determination, Biden’s administration has the audacity to plan the future of the Gaza Strip as if it is an American real estate property. An Israeli administration was deemed very expensive (to America) and would be considered an occupation. An administration by Abbas’ Palestinian Authority would be very weak due to its unpopularity. An interim international administration could be tenable until Gaza residence could rebuild themselves and elect their own independent governance. Biden’s administration wants to impose an alternative to Hamas rule. They don’t understand that Hamas resistance ideology is in the Palestinian blood and its spirit grows stronger with every new generation.
