With the ramping up of fearmongering new study reaffirms natural immunity

Naturally acquired immunity confers stronger protection against infection than the BNT162b2 2-dose vaccine

With presstitutes ramping up fearmongering over a new derivative of the Omicron variant of the SARS CoV2 virus, regulatory authorities around the world are approving the updated Pfizer BioNTech’s new Covid vaccine, through Emergency Use Authorization (EUA).

The new variant, still a version of Omicron BA.2.86 is nicknamed Pirola. The international media is stating that Pirola is immune evasive, where few are safe from this strain, which is spreading around the world, although only a couple of dozen cases have actually been reported around the world, over the last 3 months.

The media claims this variant is more contagious and will cause severe sickness, although there is no evidence at this stage to suggest the characteristics of this strain.

World health authorities are already talking about mask mandates, even though the Centre for Disease Control (CDC) accidentally admitted masks don’t protect against Covid-19.  Governments are also preparing for mass vaccination efforts, once again.

New Study indicates natural immunity is far superior to vaccines for protection against Covid-19

In a new peer reviewed study Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) Naturally Acquired Immunity versus Vaccine-induced Immunity, Reinfections versus Breakthrough Infections: A Retrospective Cohort Studypublished in Clinical Infectious Diseases in April 2022 examined the varying degrees of immunity from Covid-19 of those vaccinated and unvaccinated.

A retrospective observational study of 124,500 people was undertaken, comparing 2 groups: those SARS CoV 2 naïve individuals who received 2 doses of the BioNTech/Pfizer mRNA BNT162b2 vaccine, and previously infected individuals who had not been vaccinated.  Two multivariate logistic regression models were applied, evaluating four SARS-CoV-2-related outcomes—infection, symptomatic disease (coronavirus disease 2019 [COVID-19]), hospitalization, and death—between 1 June and 14 August 2021, when the Delta variant was dominant in Israel.

SARS-CoV-2-naive vaccinated had a 13.06-fold increased risk for breakthrough infection with the Delta variant compared to unvaccinated-previously-infected individuals, when the first event (infection or vaccination) occurred during January and February of 2021. The increased risk was significant for symptomatic disease as well. When allowing the infection to occur at any time between March 2020 and February 2021, evidence of waning naturally acquired immunity was demonstrated, although SARS-CoV-2 naive vaccinees still had a 5.96-fold increased risk for breakthrough infection and a 7.13-fold increased risk for symptomatic disease.

Thus, naturally acquired immunity confers stronger protection against infection than the BNT162b2 2-dose vaccine. The magnitude of natural immunity compared to vaccination found was as follows: Compared to no previous infection and not Vaccinated Group, were 13 times less likely to get infected with delta.  The previous infection and not Vaccinated Group, were 27 times less likely to get symptomatic infection.

Postscript: As a small boy attending primary school in the early 1960s, I still remember the outbreaks of Measles, Chicken Pox, and other childhood diseases. I think my mother’s advice at the time is something that got me through the first Covid pandemic 2020-2021. My mother said to me, its good you caught this at school, because now you will have immunity from it for a longtime to come. She had the best medical advice, unmatched by today’s highly paid and prestigious health experts.

If natural immunity is important, then its necessary to do what you can to maintain your body’s immune system. That means exercise, don’t be overweight, have a healthy diet, plenty of sunshine, and fruits. In the colder countries this might have to be supplemented with Vitamin D, Zinc, and Vitamin C. During the last pandemic, the lockdowns really made it difficult to keep oneself healthy, with the restrictions on exercise.

Let’s see how this new round of Covid-19 goes, whether the fearmongering matched the relativity.
