Wolfgang Wodarg is a German physician and politician who served as a member of the Bundestag for the SPD from 1994 to 2009. He is an Honorary Member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) and a Board Member of Transparency International Germany. Wodarg is a specialist in internal medicine and hygiene and has exposed multiple "pandemics". He was the chair of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Health Committee and co-signed a proposed resolution on 18 December 2009.
Michael Yeadon is a British anti-vaccine activist and retired pharmacologist who attracted media attention in 2020 and 2021 for making false or unfounded claims about the COVID-19 pandemic and the safety of COVID-19 vaccines. The Timeshas described him as "a hero of Covid conspiracy theorists"[5] and "a key figure in the antivax movement".[6] Until 2011, he served as the chief scientist and vice-president of the allergy and respiratory research division of the drug company Pfizer, and is the co-founder and former CEO of the biotechnology company Ziarco.

On 1st Dec 2020, BEFORE the roll out of the mass mRNA experiment, they wrote this 43-page letter to the European Medicines Agency, articulating their concerns.
Their concerns were not heeded. Instead, they were branded “conspiracy theorists” for their efforts and the “fact” checkers set about “debunking” their concerns and smearing them wherever possible.
Many people subsequently died.
Many people subsequently suffered serious and grave consequences of their pregnancies.

ADMINISTRATIVE/REGULATORY STAY OF ACTION
This petition for a stay of action is submitted by the undersigned (“Petitioner” or “Lead Petitioner”) to request the EMA a) stay the Phase III clinical trial(s) of BNT162b (EudraCT Number 2020-002641-42) in the EU (current protocol country: Germany) until study design is amended to conform with the requests in the “Action Requested” section (B.) below; and b) stay all other clinical trials of vaccine candidates designed to stop transmission of the virus from the vaccine recipient to others and/or prevent or mitigate symptoms of COVID-19 for which PCR results are the primary evidence of infection.
Because of the compelling need to ensure the safety and efficacy of any COVID-19 vaccine licensed by the EMA (and/or the German Paul-Ehrlich-Institut), and to allow Petitioner the opportunity to seek appropriate emergency judicial relief should the EMA deny its Petition, Petitioner respectfully requests that EMA act on the instant Petition immediately.
