Maria Zakharova: “The World Leader in Black Transplantology: Organs Are Sold Both Online and Offline in Ukraine”

Karl Sanchez·7 Aug at 7:33 pm

The MFA's website has provided the transcript of Maria's provocative article in today's Rossiyskaya Gazeta that elaborates on the information she's provided at her Weekly Briefings over the last several months. She's also written about this on her Telegram. The intent is to gain wider dissemination of this criminal cartel activity. So, please copy/paste or share!!

It has long been known that Ukraine has become one of the world leaders in black transplantology. Scandals related to the illegal removal of organs from the bodies of deceased people began to appear since the late 1990s, which was caused by the deterioration of the socio-economic situation in the country.

Since the early 2000s, this problem has begun to scale. The armed coup d'état in Kiev in February 2014 and the subsequent conflict in Donbass gave an additional impetus to this process. In 2014, the OSCE stated that the bodies of people with removed internal organs were found in mass graves in combat areas, most likely victims of illegal transplantologists.

Black transplantology became even more widespread after the start of the Russian special military operation in Ukraine. This was facilitated by the adoption by the Kiev regime of legislation that simplifies the activities of transplantologists in the country as much as possible.

In particular, on December 16, 2021, the Verkhovna Rada adopted Law No. 5831 "On Regulating the Issue of Transplantation of Human Anatomical Materials", according to which it is no longer required to notarize the written consent of a living donor or his relatives for transplantation. You do not need to authenticate signatures. In fact, it was allowed to remove organs from children. The procedure for removing organs from the deceased who did not give lifetime consent to donate their organs after death has been significantly simplified. Permission to extract bio- or anatomical materials from the body of the deceased can be obtained from the person in charge who undertakes to bury him. For example, the head physician of the hospital or the head of the military unit. Not only public, but also private clinics received the right to conduct transplantation.

On April 14, 2022, the Verkhovna Rada adopted Law No. 5610 "On Amendments to the Tax Code", which exempted organ transplantation operations from paying VAT. This "most-favored-nation treatment" is actively used by criminals, organ trafficking is only on the darknet, and not only.

As the media wrote, the organs of the dead soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine appeared "in the assortment" of one of the largest stores on the darknet. Hearts, livers, kidneys and other parts of the body were offered from 5000 euros apiece.

It is impossible to believe, but under the order, according to the seller, you can quickly deliver the heart for 25 thousand euros and the kidneys for 12 thousand euros. It is noted that the delivery is carried out "only to the EU countries in a medical box in 48-60 hours" or can be left in a predetermined place, subject to full prepayment. If they hand it over in person, then you need an advance payment of 35 percent, a copy of your passport, links to social networks and a photo in a certain place with pre-announced things. And this is not a complete list of ripper services.

There is evidence that those involved in the Kosovo Liberation Army, one of whose leaders is being tried for trafficking in organs of dead Serbian soldiers, civilians and other dissenters during the Yugoslav war, can own or at least cooperate with the store. The Kosovo Liberation Army itself is still functioning, but under a different name, and may be present in Ukraine as mercenaries.

In June 2023, a man was detained at the Ukrainian-Slovak border who, as an employee of a charitable organization, was engaged in trafficking Ukrainian children abroad, including for organ transplants. Tellingly, the bail that the court determined for the offender amounted to only 1 million hryvnias. After its introduction, the accused of a serious crime was released and lost. At the same time, for the abbot of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra, Metropolitan Pavel, an astronomical amount of 33 million hryvnias was appointed as collateral. This clearly indicates that the Ukrainian state covers up the bloody business and indulges it. There is also evidence that Volodymyr Zelensky's entourage is involved in it.

Organs in Ukraine are traded not only online black, but also offline. There is evidence that in June 2023, representatives of the Ministry of Health of one of the NATO countries agreed with the Ukrainian side on the supply of a refrigerator car with human organs and body parts, which are most often used in transplantology. These are the corneas of the eye, some bones, connective tissues, hearts and liver.

"Individual entrepreneurs" worked with the Ukrainian side with the assistance of people from the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the president's office.

If someone now cries: this cannot be, let me remind you: posthumous donation and the sale of organs abroad have been legalized in Ukraine. Another strange thing is that the members of Zelensky's team are not interested in publishing this information, although they themselves made this decision. Experts attribute this to the fact that Ukrainian businessmen in most cases cannot explain the exact origin of the biomaterial planned for delivery. They believe that a significant part of it comes from black transplantologists who illegally extract organs from the bodies of dead combatants, whose unclaimed remains are then simply burned. Such conclusions are confirmed by the high mortality rate and a significant number of missing Ukrainian soldiers, as well as the lack of specialists and reagents for the study of the bodies of the dead in the territory controlled by the Kyiv regime. This makes it possible for criminals to cover their tracks and transport organs and body parts used in transplantation to the western regions of Ukraine, where they are already being prepared for shipment abroad.
