Hari Raya Prayer Booking 2023 in Singapore
Muis Hari Prayer Booking
Muslims observe the Five Pillars of Islam, which are ordained by Allah, to the best of their ability. Amongst which is the fasting of Ramadhan.
"Islam is built upon five: to worship Allah and to disbelieve in what is worshipped besides him, to establish prayer, to give charity, to perform Hajj pilgrimage to the house (of Allah), and to fast the month of Ramadan”
(Sahih Al-Bukhari)
The whole month of Ramadan is akin to a school teaching us how to discipline ourselves and reinforce our resolution to align our life to the path that pleases Allah s.w.t. The rewards prepared in this holy month are unlike any other time in the Hijri calendar, especially the night of Laylatul Qadr.
At the end of this journey, we graduate from the school of Ramadan by proclaiming the greatness of Allah s.w.t. in celebration of the hustles we must go through and successfully achieve its objectives. In Islam, a celebration is also an expression of gratitude for Allah's grace and mercy, which is why we celebrate with acts of worship to please Allah s.w.t.
Amongst the noble acts of worship and gratitude we can fulfil is the sunnah Aidilfitri prayer. In fact, we can perform this individually or together with our brothers and sisters in faith. This further uplifts our spirit and unity as believers.
Like the sunnah Aidiladha prayer, the sunnah Aidilfitri prayer is also considered one of the most highly regarded sunnah Prayers (nawafil). Although it is not wajib (obligatory), its ruling is sunnah muakkadah (highly recommended).

Alhamdulillah, you can look forward to performing the special Hari Raya Aidilfitri prayers this year, with 230,000 spaces being offered. Bookings are only required for congregants who wish to attend session 1 of the following Mosques:
1. Masjid Al-Mawaddah
2. Masjid Darul Ghufran
3. Masjid Salim Mattar
4. Masjid Wak Tanjong
5. Masjid Yusof Ishak
You can do so via https://prayerbooking.ourmasjid.sg/ or the Muslim.sg app.
Such arrangements are made to ensure congregants do not miss out on their Hari raya prayers due to the lack of space. All of this was undertaken while the spirit of our religious observances continues to be enlivened and experienced together.
Additionally, Muis also encourages the community to consider the following Mosques, which may have lesser crowds to allow more space and hopefully set better allocations for others:
