Ask your Dentist if Nanos are right for You! – Part 5: 'Nanoclusters' in Anesthetics, Iodine and Hydro Peroxide

Onigari Sushi Rice Triangles. (Just because I love Totoro)

In my microscopic investigations of 10 samples of 6 different Dental Anesthetics from Septadont, and more recently, Orabloc, I showed Dark Field images of NanocapsulesNanocellsMicellsColloidal Molecules (Part 1); NanofibersNanofilaments and Nanoribbons (Part 2); and Nano ‘Crystals’, ‘Chips’ and possible ‘Mesogens’ (Part 3), and Nano SMART Cities, Alluvial Fan and Crystalization Patterns (Part 4) You can find links to Septadont’s products on their website in Part 1.

This is the weirdest Nano I found: an aggregation of Nano Cells into what I am calling ‘Globular Nanoclusters’. These tiny chunky Cells are not perfectly round, in fact they look more like grains of misshapen sushi rice or plastic microbeads; most Nanocapsulesappear to be flat, or roundish squished under the cover slip. From my observation, these Nanoclusters often work with tiny moving ‘Nanobots’/moving Nanoparticles.

These Nanoclusters were visible upon first look on the slide, so it is hard to know where the Cells were in their process. Were they aggregating/clumping because they were becoming unstable and meant to be separate? Because it appears that this type of Nanotechnology is programmed to replicate and then disperse.

Here you can see these particles moving along the edge of the cluster, along with other tiny swimming Nanoparticles/Nanobots:

Septocaine® Articaine

Keep your eyes on the bottom and the top left side, where the Cells move, and appear to be replicating. There is also a tiny particle moving on the left outside of the cluster around 8pm.

Also found in Prilocaine - aka Citanest

So What’s Going On?

Nanoclusters are a thing!

Aggregation occurs whenever single Nanoparticles cluster together forming larger objects. This happens through surface attractive interactions which despite being always present, become significant only at the nanoscale, where objects can become nanometrically close.

Here are various ways that Nanoclusters stick together, forming larger, visible structures under the microscope:

I also found these same ‘Nano Globular Clusters’ moving in Iodine:

Eidon Ionic Minerals Iodine

And check out this Hydrogel bubble close in on the moving Cells:

And, Hydrogen Peroxide as well!

Note the interaction with the moving Hydrogel Capsules, the Liquid Crystal Chunks, and moving Nanoparticles/Nanobots

I watched the number of Cells replicate, and as they did, internal dots were increasingly visible in many Cells. Is this the payload inside? Are Nanobots born within them and then released?

Watch how the Hydrogel interacts with the Cells:

I will cover this evolution of interaction of Hydrogel and Nanocells more with Hydrogen Peroxide in my next post, along with Isopropyl Alcohol and Vinegar: Nanos in ‘Sanitizers’.

So, Obviously, these are three very different products (injectable pharmeceutical anesthetic, a liquid ingestable element supplement and a topical santizing agent for skin and surfaces) that should not contain this same odd-looking Nanotechnology. So what is it?

Are these another form of Nanocapsule?

Nanocapsules are nanoscale shells consisting of a nontoxic polymeric membrane that encapsulates a liquid core; desired products are placed inside this shell.  The core contains an oil surfactant specifically designed to coordinate with this stored compound.

Typical polymers that used in the shell include poly(lacticide) (PLA) and poly(lacticide-co-glicolide) (PLGA.) Synthetic polymers are preferred due to purity and reproducibility, but some natural polymers are also utilized. These natural polymers include gelatin, albumin, and sodium alginate. Liposomes, polysaccharides, and saccharides are also sometimes used.

Whatever this tech is, it is part of a giant industry that has been around for decades and is continuing to grow:

By 2027, the global nanocapsules industry is predicted to reach $4.2 billion. In 2020 the US market was estimated to be at $796.9 million, and in China, the market share is estimated to grow to $734.3 million by 2027. China is predicted to be amongst the fastest growers in the market segment.

Could these Nanocells be a form of Biosensors collecting data? (more on Biosensors in upcoming posts). More investigation is needed.

Have any other microscopists found these Nanoclusters, and in what? Or does anyone have more information on what these Nanoclusters are? Please leave a message in the Comments or Message me.
