Norway’s tax administration gives citizens tax returns that it has filled out for them, and more than 70 percent of citizens submit those returns.
Providing services on mobile platforms is another way that governments are aligning with citizens’ digital preferences and behaviors. In China, some provincial governments accept passport and visa applications through WeChat, a widely used mobile app.

Step 6: Energy from Water
All the needs of Energy can be harnessed from water without pollution.
As a result the Health of every Citizen will benefit.
As a result no one has to pay for Energy costs.
As a result most problems that are now will vanish and those who remain can be eradicated by mutual cooperation.
There are no problems... there are only Solutions.
Step 7: End the war in Ukraine
The war in Ukraine is by design a Forever war.
The aim is neither for Ukraine to win nor for Russia to lose.

Step 8: Individual Human Rights
Every person is an Individual that must not be subject to either Cooperate Interests nor Government Authority.
In fact every Citizen must have the absolute right to stand up against Government Brutality.
This also is the right to have arms in his house against Government thugs.
We are Humans that make the right choices when we need them... but only if we are educated to the best of our abilities.
That must be ensured.
Step 9: Absolute uncensored Freedom of Speech and Internet
This censorship Madness must stop.
Especially when by closer look we are censored by liars pedophiles and Criminals

Therefore any censorship must stop now.
Step 10: Destroy all Quantum Computers
AI and Quantum computers are in the hands of people that want a totalitarian one world dictatorship...
They want to force all of Humanity Lock Step into a totalitarian Matrix from which there is no escape from.
Until we solve these problems all Quantum Computers must be destroyed and all AI must be halted.
If we can build Machines that think... we can educate the poor.

Step 11: Abolish Genetic Engineering
Genetic Engineering is responsible for the slow castration of Humanity.
MRNA Technology is a Biological Weapon.
Genetic Engineering serves only the purpose of De Humanization and De Population.

We must learn to life in peace and accept our differences.
