Damning mRNA Evidence Presented During Florida Public Hearing
The question of the millennium is, “Is the claim that the COVID-19 mRNA injections are bioweapons a ‘false bomb threat’ or a real ticking-time bomb for all parties involved?”
Posted February 18, 2023: During a public hearing on February 14, 2023, Florida Collier County Commissioners and over 200 residents were presented with evidence that the COVID-19 ‘vaccines’ are bioweapons. The hearing was to vote on a $1.4mm NIH grant that included funds used for COVID-19 ‘vaccine education’, among other CDC public ‘health’ initiatives. Thecommissioners voted unanimously to return the $1.4 million grant in full to the NIH.
As part of the hearing, I shared FDA-submitted Pfizer documents and Florida state law demonstrating that the COVID-19 mRNA injections are bioweapons.

While I’ve made the case that the COVID-19 injections are bioweapons more than a hundred times over the past 22 months, February 14, 2023, was the 1st opportunity I had to present these claims to government elected officials in a public government setting.
I emphasized to the commissioners that the COVID-19 mRNA injections do not prevent infection, do not protect against disease, and were not evaluated under bona fideresearch. The COVID-19 ‘vaccines’ were known to cause injury, illness, and death in adults and children prior to being unleashed on US and global citizens.
By definition, the COVID-19 mRNA injections are not vaccines, but only meet the criteria of biological weapons per 18 USC 175.
I stated repeatedly that the COVID-19 biological injections are agents of biowarfare. I explained how the mRNA bioweapon injections were promoted and deployed on American citizens and the residents of Collier County through deceptive and criminal biological experimentation under the guise of ‘safe and effective vaccines.’

Note: In regards to me ‘declining to share with the media’ the organization I’m with, I told Liz three times I am not with an organization and that I flew down to Naples to help my friends.
Making the claim that the majority of Collier County residents and American citizens were injected with a bioweapon is not for the faint of heart. While I was expecting to hear some booing and cat-calling during my presentation (as some residents did during Jamie Ulmer’s presentation, a proponent to keep the NIH grant), the room was mostly quiet with many smartphone cameras taking photos of the evidence presented.
I’m thankful that Liz Freeman of the Naples Daily News accurately reported on the focus of my analysis; that the mRNA injections are bioweapons. I ended my presentation with Florida Title 46 Chapter 790.166, which defines a bioweapon or “weapon of mass destruction” as;
“‘Weapon of mass destruction’ means any biological agent (i.e. vaccine) that may be engineered through biotechnology and is capable of causing death, disease, or other biological malfunction in a human.” - FL Title 46 Ch. 790.166
