V2K and Adobe VoCo
Voice-to-Skull (V2K)
Voice-to-Skull (V2K) is a form of psychological torture. It is prohibited by the Geneva Conventions and other international treaties. Yet the CIA in Denver, and the US Space Force at Schriever Base continue to use cell towers to direct these horrific messages at Targeted Individuals. About 65% of Targeted Individuals experience V2K, and it can be debilitating.
Using the same equipment, they can alter the frequency, and the directed messages become subliminal - where only the subconscious mind can hear it.

It is not your neighbors
Adobe VoCo is a software program that can record and mimic anyone's voice. The voices you hear are usually generated by a computer. Although your neighbor's voice may have been recorded, what you hear is computer-generated and directed through cell towers at your head. Ask yourself how anyone can talk for 72 hours straight? That’s a computer, not a person.

All one has to do is “simply type in the word or words that you would like to change or insert into the voiceover. The algorithm does the rest and makes it sound like the original speaker said those words.”

It’s a Trap!
Don't fall into the trap of thinking that your neighbors own or operate microwave beam weapons, with V2K capability. That is exactly what the CIA wants. Most of the people that operate and program the V2K voices (the handlers) live in Aurora, Colorado.
They do not live on your street or in the apartment next to you.

In August of 2022, police say that Stephen Marlow shot and killed 4 people. Two were grandparents that lived on one side of his house, and the two that lived on the other side, were a mother and teenage daughter. Marlow believed they were broadcasting microwave weapons and V2K at him. He was wrong, and now will spend the rest of his life in prison.

The only people operating microwave beam weapons and V2K technology
1) Have a Top Secret Clearance, and
2) They work at CIA's Domestic Headquarters in Denver, or at Schriever Base.

CIA PsyOps
So how did the CIA PsyOps unit in Denver accomplish this? They recorded the phone voices of his neighbors, which he was familiar with, and then used Adobe VoCo to mimic and broadcast the voices thru cell towers.
Marlow simply assumed they had microwave beam weapons and V2K technology.
After the murders, he walked thru their houses and found no microwave weapons, and no V2K devices. Don't fall for it.
Your neighbors do not have microwave beam weapons or V2K technology.

Your neighbors might be involved in gangstalking. Your neighbors might mock you or say suspicious things. But they do not own or operate microwave beam weapons or V2K.
Ignore the V2K. The CIA criminals will always lie to you. If it seems like something is truthful - it is just a setup for another lie.
