Nothing condones killing innocent victims on either side. NOTHING! Yet, it's true that Israel denies a 2 state solution, backed by the vote of almost all nations in the world.
A group of independent United Nations experts, said cutting off supplies to Gaza amounts to “collective punishment” which indiscriminately targets civilians and constitutes a war crime. The group also called on Hamas to immediately release the civilian hostages and deplored the group’s “horrific” attack. 15
“According to UN documents, Palestinians have a right under international law to armed struggle against Israeli colonialism, just as South Africans did against apartheid. Prior to this war, Gaza suffered under an Israeli blockade that even a British PM admitted is a ‘prison camp’.” 16
Nothing justifies terrorism but Palestinians didn’t deserve Israeli occupation and slow-mo extermination. If you want peace you need to seek justice first.

All Netanyahu has to do to end the rockets and low tech threats is:
a) amend the “mistakes” in the defense system (very easy, even more, if they were deliberate mistakes)
b) exchange prisoners
c) recognize the state of Palestine
d) demilitarization of Hamas
e) the treaty is voided by just one attack
Why is he refusing peace? If Hamas doesn’t appear to be strong and very threatening, his government has a hard time keeping support to oppress and kill Palestinians.
