Open Letter to the Yang Di-Petuan Agong regarding the International Health Regulations

The Yang Di-Pertuan Agong and His Majesty the King/ Agong always
be in the guidance, protection, peace and mercy of God
Subhanahu Wata'ala every time and continues until the afterlife.

OBJECTION AGAINST THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION CONVENTION
AGREEMENT (WHO CA+) AND INTERNATIONAL HEALTH AMENDMENTS
REGULATIONS 2005 (IHR2005) - THREATS TO SAFETY AND
NATIONAL SOVEREIGNTY
Long live the king,
Patik (palace language for I) with full reverence through this letter, wish to express the will and the struggle of the people's servants; a Coalition of NGOs, Health Medical Practitioners and Lawyers to dignify Malaysia's position of sovereignty and harmony in order to be respected by Tuanku to be respected as Ulil Amri for the country of Malaysia in the true sense of the word.
Tuanku (His majesty) is the only hope of the people so that the administrative system and sovereignty of this beloved country is always centered around truth and not straying from the Constitution.

This is a WARNING NOTICE regarding the rejection period period) to the World Health Organization (WHO) if the government fails to object
before 01 December 2023.
This amendment of IHR2005 and WHO CA+ if not objected to, is a violation
to the National Constitution covering the Basic Rights of People's Freedom, Sovereignty of The State, the Sovereignty of the Malay Rulers, as well as the Yang di-Pertuan Agong (His Majesty) will be THREATENED.
This letter is a follow-up REMINDER from the letter dated 07 May 2023 which was sent to YAB (His Excellency) The Prime Minister of Malaysia,
Dato' Seri Anwar Ibrahim (We have yet to receive a response).
2. State Parties including Malaysia have given notice regarding the amendment of IHR2005 in May 2022 and given 18 months (Article 59 - IHR2005) to refuse, but unfortunately no State Party including Malaysia has given a rejection feedback to changes or amendments that will be a Legally Binding International Law. The Malaysian government has wasted approximately 15 months to submit a rejection notice.
3. It should be noted that the amendment proposed by the WHO may not be disputed and/or cancelled and will be enforced (or come into force) after
Agreement at the World Health Assembly (WHA) Conference in May 2024.
4. Amendment of the IHR can take over the power/function of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong in the declaration of emergency especially Article 150 [2A] of the Constitution
The Federal Constitution includes the potential to take over/ deprive/
reducing the power and discretion of the Yang Di-Pertuan Agong (His Majesty) as head and main role of the country in safeguarding Malaysia's national sovereignty and this is criminal offense under section 121 B of the Penal Code (Act 574) if the government fails, was negligent and wrong in giving information about the amendment IHR according to Article 40 of the Federal Constitution.
5. Objection to the IHR2005 Amendment and WHO CA+ at the level
international:
5.1 At the international level, people's movements in several countries have
sent an official petition urging parliamentarians to object to This WHO instrument:
i. The people of Australia have successfully gathered 55,697 signatures in
an official petition for their Parliament to address this issue.

an official petition for their Parliament to address this issue.

iii. The people of the United Kingdom have successfully gathered 101,000+
Signatures in an official petition for their Parliament to address this issue.

5.2 Foreign parliamentarians who have made the relevant statement
WHO CA+ threat and IHR2005 Amendment:
i. Andrew Bridgen (MPs for North West Leicestershire)
Speaks in the debate on the World Health Organization's (WHO)
pandemic prevention and preparedness treaty and accompanying
amendments to the international health regulations, to raise his
objections to signing up to treaties that would empower the WHO's
director-general to impose sweeping, legally binding directives on
member states overriding UK sovereignty.

ii. Michele Marie Bachmann (U.S. representative for Minnesota's 6th
congressional district from 2007 until 2015. A member of the Republican
Party. A candidate for President of the United States in the 2012 election).
•These amendments would transfer our healthcare decision-making out
of U.S. hands into the hands of the Director-General of the WHO.
•WHO DIRECTOR-GENERAL CAN UNILATERALLY PENETRATE
UNITED STATES SOVEREIGNTY.
•He can just unilaterally penetrate United States sovereignty and make
whatever decision or proclamation he wants to.
