CANCEL CULTURE CREATES MODERN MARTYRS - the double edged sword of social media
"Cancel culture" came into the collective consciousness around 2017, it began as "cancelling" celebrities for problematic actions or statements became popular but it has developed into a social media phenomena, purging thousands of accounts from view simply because the prescribed narrative is contested.

In July of 2020 a stiffly worded letter appeared in Harper's Bazaar, signed by a bevy of concerned celebrity writers & authors, but still the cancel culture mowed on, even clipping the heads off some of the signees!
I quote a brief excerpt here:
"This stifling atmosphere will ultimately harm the most vital causes of our time. The restriction of debate, whether by a repressive government or an intolerant society, invariably hurts those who lack power and makes everyone less capable of democratic participation. The way to defeat bad ideas is by exposure, argument, and persuasion, not by trying to silence or wish them away."

Who decides what the "prescribed narrative" should be on any given topic?
We could be forgiven for thinking that governments are pressurising the media to convey their version of reality but would we be correct?
I don't think so.
I have seen far too much co-ordination between international corporations, governments, NGOs & media to imagine that they all projected the same behaviour simultaneously & independently.
It seems obvious to me that an international drive to rid society of dissenting voices is underway & the impetus comes from think-tanks & international organisations under the control of the Black Nobility, central bank owners & perpetuators of the shady New World Order.
The recent Davos Agenda 2021 held multiple meetings via zoom & some of them were shared on the World Economic Forum website & their corresponding YouTube channel.
Certain dignitaries of royal extraction put in appearances to emphasise their involvement & iron grip on the intended plans:

It is clear that the Black Nobility royal houses of the world are in cohorts & disseminating their Global Reset programme at break-neck speed via the newly formed coalition between the UN & the WEF with the IMF, World Bank, WHO & NATO in dutiful cap-doffing, obedient & acquiescent lockstep.

That important partnership slid under the radar, didn't it?
From June 2019 onwards the WEF rose from being a mere Swiss NGO, meeting annually at swish Davos, to being a global influencer with its foot firmly pressed on the Agenda 2030 accelerator.
Was the world consulted about this at all?
Or was this an arranged "marriage"?
Ever since, we have been driven at warp speed into massive cultural changes under the guise of a "global pandemic" & a "new normal" within which we are cajoled to "build back better". All these catch phrases ringing out in every language of the world SIMULTANEOUSLY.

We have been informed that the 4th Industrial Revolution, the Global Reset & technocracy are the ONLY solutions on the table & anyone who fails to agree is summarily dismissed from the media & expurgated from social media as if their mere presence is contagious & dangerous.
I have been excluded from social media in a series of co-ordinated suspensions. First Twitter closed my account there, without giving a reason, but it was obvious that my article on the MHRA was the final straw on that little blue birdie's back.

Multitudes of accounts have been purged from social media over the recent years resulting in the development of alternative locations where we can express ourselves, albeit to a limited & somewhat scattered audience.
Telegram, Gab, MeWe, Minds, Webtalk & Discord have witnessed a surge in membership. Alternative video platforms like Bitchute, Lbry, BrandNewTube & Vimeo are blossoming nicely too.
Twitter, Facebook & Google are clearly losing support & under strict control, even though they claim to be private organisations with their own "Community Standards". They are obeying a hidden hand, which operates in the shadows & which has the power to destroy businesses at the stroke of a pen. It is the same hidden hand which used to burn books & witches in the past, continuing to limit & dictate knowledge - presumably "for the greater good".
I have an intuition that this punitive cancel culture & censorship has become a double edged sword.
Those who pioneer alternative views & ideas, suffering exclusion for their art, are beginning to be seen as modern martyrs & revered for their bravery on the frontline of this unspoken war between slavers & freedom seekers.
I can only yell, along with my fellow disenfranchised:
